"I ordered through doordash and walked over from my job and got my food relatively quickly. Grant it, you are paying a premium, but it's worth it. I love ordering the Grilled Italian sandwich. "I love penn station but when I find a hair in my food and want a credit, just to get told if I don’t come back I can’t get it. That’s poor customer service. Something needs to happen because I just wasted $35. Also the manager that took my call at 7:20 pm on 12-17-22 was really rude"
"I normally love Penn Station but not this time. I found a hair in my food and when I called they said I could get a refund. I went in and was told they would remake it but since I didn’t have the sandwich anymore they couldn’t do anything. Definitely don’t want another sandwich, I wanted a refund. I wasn’t told to keep the haired sandwich in order to receive a new one or anything, just to come back since I had already gone back home."
