Welcome to OKI Regional Council

Located at 720 East Pete Rose Way, Cincinnati, Ohio, the OKI Regional Council serves as a pivotal city hall and local government office dedicated to enhancing the quality of life through strategic transportation and community planning. As a Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), we oversee federal transportation funding across a diverse region, including Hamilton, Clermont, Butler, and Warren counties in Ohio; Boone, Campbell, and Kenton counties in Kentucky; and Dearborn County in Indiana.

Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP): Our TIP is an essential resource, listing all federally funded transportation projects within the OKI area. It guides the development and prioritization of crucial infrastructure projects.

Community Choices: We engage with local communities to explore the why, what, and how of effective community planning, ensuring that our strategies reflect the needs and aspirations of our residents.

FY25 Unified Planning Work Program: This program outlines the comprehensive scope of activities OKI will undertake in fiscal year 2025, aimed at addressing and solving infrastructure challenges.

Funding Opportunities: OKI offers transportation funding to local public agencies for projects including roadways, bike and pedestrian pathways, and transit improvements.

Mobility Survey: We invite community members to participate in our 10-question survey to help identify and plan for the transportation needs of seniors and people with disabilities.

Bike Route Guide: Our guide assesses the stress levels for cyclists on roadways, contributing to safer and more efficient biking experiences.

Strategic Partnerships: Guided by our board, we foster economic strategies and cultivate key alliances to further our mission of sustainable regional development.
