"The owner is rude told me over the phone why would I need to rent a small truck for 3 days in a smart remark as if I’m not a paying customer after employee told me to call the next morning from him not being able to use the register and accept cash to extend for another day when I physically went up to the store and no one was around but him, no space to park, management don’t leave cash registers accessible to normal employees, and they steal money and scam I can’t make this up check the cameras from the time I was there I will not be doing business with that company store again! Tried to charge my card 31.26 but I told I was paying cash then tried to make my total 38.75 and when I asked for a receipt after he gave me 1.25 back he gave my money back saying give me the 1.25 back and that I can’t get a receipt and I asked how you get the 1.25 if you can’t get in the register and he said “he had to break in to it cause the managers was going to get more trucks at a different location” and I have all these dates time stamped and I reported the store and owner and employees cause one thing I’m not going to do is get played especially spending my money."
