"2 Horrible experiences. They were very rude, insensitive and they might light of me being single mom. One of the firemen told me when he heard my smoke detectors going off that they would come back to inspect to tell my landlord tf. I rate them a 0! This is the Second experience and both of them were met with rudeness and disrespect. I thought they were put here to make us feel safe, being that I am new to this part of town i wouldn't call them for anything else."
"THEY HAD A FEMALE FIREFIGHTER!!! (I don't know how many they have on the department, but I was excited that they had one there!) I wish I would have asked to take a picture with her, but I didn't want to disturb her, since I know the firefighters NEED their rest when they have downtime, because when they are called into action, they are "Johnny on the spot" no matter what time of day or night it is."
