Mother Of Chris Catholic Church
About the Business
Welcome to Mother of Christ Catholic Church, a vibrant place of worship located at 5301 Winneste Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232. As a dedicated member of the local faith community, we offer a welcoming environment for all who seek to grow closer to God and follow Jesus through the power of the Holy Spirit. Our church is part of the Beacons of Light initiative, a multi-year pastoral planning process for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, aimed at uniting parish groupings into stronger "Families of Parishes."
Join us for Mass at our partner locations: St. Bartholomew in Finneytown (Saturday at 5:00 pm and Sunday at 11:15 am), St. Bernards in Spring Grove Village (Sunday at 9:30 am), and St. Vivian in Finneytown (Saturday at 3:00 pm and Sunday at 9:30 am). Together, we strive to radiate Christ in our lives and focus on a mission that transcends mere maintenance.
At Mother of Christ, we understand that life, while being God's greatest blessing, can present challenges. We are committed to supporting women and families in need by providing information on compassionate and affordable services offered by various organizations and agencies within the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.
To ensure the safety and well-being of our community, the AOC Safe Parish Program has been implemented as the Archdiocesan training and certification program for those working with children. For any inquiries regarding this program, please reach out to Sr. Margie, our designated Safe Parish administrator.
We invite you to become a part of our faith journey, where together, we can grow in spirit and community.

Reviews
"This historically black Catholic Church in the Diocese of Cincinnati celebrates Mass in a gospel manner, with a small but mighty choir! We were visitors from out of town, but felt instantly welcomed and at home. Inspiring artwork abounds here! If you have the time, explore inside and outside to see several liturgical murals painted by the former pastor, Fr. Jim Hasse, using parishioners as models."
"Love this church! Very warm and welcoming."
"What a welcoming parish! We loved our visit this morning and we're certainly greeted with Christ's love! Thank each of you for being so kind and loving."
"Very small church for the community they are serving. They have been active in the community for many years."
"Good place to praise the Lord. Join us on Sunday morning at 11:15 AM."
