"App continuously crashed on self pickup, online chat team had to physically modify the date/time in order to force the system to let me complete the pickup of vehicle, no signage to find the vehicle which was hidden in the very back of the building, hand truck was not in vehicle like I paid for. Upon return of vehicle via self return on the app, app crashed and auto completed before I could submit photos as proof of cleanliness. Had to work via customer service chat. MORAL OF THE STORY. WORK IN-PERSON. APP NEEDS WORK. 5-star to add visibility to customers to see a real experience. Would not recommend uhaul due to tech issues, but can't fight just how cost effective they are compared to others."
