"Trinity Hill Family Services has a wonderful child care, that provides a 3 star highly rated education and care for 6 week olds to 12 year olds. Trinity also has a fun filled summer camp for all school-age children."
"My daughters have attended Trinity Hill Family Services daycare center in Delhi By Delshire school since the beginning of summer last year (2018) The daycare teacher Susan Mcdonald made a false report about my 3 year old saying that she was articulating very serious actions, but failed to make an incident report, and they didn't inform me of the elledged allegations until (3 weeks) after when questioned about how she is showing continuous elleged behavior. They failed to follow protocol as far as documentation, reporting, and informing the parent. When they did bring it up 3 weeks later by Michelle Farmer due to an incident where MY CHILD was the victim she said it had happened previously bringing up prior incident 3 weeks before then adding serious allegations to the story that if she were to have done what they said it should have been mentioned weeks prior, and there is a protocol they are supposed to follow. When questioned about the report the next day when the educator was there, and management was there to verify information Nicole Stith said they didn't make incident, but had a page of "notes" she could provide for me when I was available to come in. When we met I was given a paper known as anecdotal observations which teachers in class record daily information which the form had different handwriting, no time, no date, and no signature to go along with the elleged story provided the night previously. The notes were referred to in 3rd person versus it being made by the reporter (educator) witnessing the event. They then decided to end services with my child a day earlier than we had set because of my questioning their dropping the ball to advocate for my child. When questioned the owner Stephanie Weaver continued to raise her voice, and get into my face even after bringing my child out of the class to be escorted out while I was signing her out because she was upset about me saying it should have been reported, and they weren't following liscensing standards. If this is happening with my child then it could happen to yours as well. If they aren't following proper protocol, and aren't informing parents of serious incidents happening in their center then they shouldn't be trusted with providing care for the children in their center. Although I didn't speak to the accusations they made against my 3 year old I feel that this review should be shared to make parents think twice about who they want to be providing care for their child because they are not only unprofessional in the way they handle their business, but also aren't advocating for the children in the center the way they should as well as flat out making up false reports to have substantial reason to get rid of children. I'd advise you to think twice before sending your children to Trinity Hill in Delhi."
"The only daycare I have been able to trust and depend on for over three years. My daughter loves the teachers here and I feel like they really care about the kids. I am able to sleep at night knowing my child is safe."
