"Terrible on customer service. They don't give you the rules for living there until after you've signed for the home. To many stipulations to continue residency there. Have to upgrade the homes. Not aloud to plant flowers , have to get everything approved by the office."

"I’ve had mixed experiences at Cal am properties in Westchester Gettysburg Yes Estates. The one consistent thing is is that Adam, the maintenance guy is a good person and looks out for you and Sarah in the office will always try to help you and do anything she can to be respectful and empathetic . the managers in my that place have come and gone. But the staff, they have always looked out for their tenants, but Sarah in the office as well as the maintenance guy Adam are what you would want and your employees"
