"Very nice staff. Store is pretty organized and clean. I'm not crazy about the area/shopping center though. There were a number of questionable people loitering throughout the parking lot. It made me uncomfortable to leave my car out there and to walk to and from. The store was fine though and everyone inside was very friendly."

As we started looking at the shelf for the game the person behind the counter, didn't look up at us as well walked in, barely acknowledged my son as he asked if the specific game was in stock. He didn't even attempt to help us out, just said "if it's not on the shelf we don't have it!" Of all the times I've been here I've never had this low level of customer service. The person was more interested in listening to his terrible music than offering any kind of help. If this is the type of employee you are hiring then you'll lose a ton of business."
