"I come to this store alot cause I love right down the street but today I got there at 830 forgot they opened at 9am kid was in urgent need of some things so I sit out in the freezing cold for a half hr and the store manger was sitting in her car so 857am comes around remind u I'm froze my hands are froze she rolls down her window to tell me she not gonna open till 930 wth did u sit here and watch me freeze in 18 degree weather and at the last min u gonna tell me your opening late I'm going above on this one"
"The store was closed during business hours. Waited around with 5-6 other people for 20 minutes or so. Someone came around and said the store is locked up every time he comes by."

"I would give NEGATIVE 10!!! This was the worse customer service I have ever seen in a public place. The younger girl at the register has know idea what she is doing!!! I can't believe they would speak to their customers in such a way I will never be back!! They are beyond rude and do not know how to run a business once so ever. It was Unbelievable I do not recommend this place it is not family oriented at all"
