Kohl's

"While I normally appreciate Kohl's and their selection. it has gone down for men's items in my opinion. Most of what was available was in clearance which normally the only problem is finding my size. However, the items on clearance were just as much as new clothes 6 months ago... $35 for a shirt. Thankfully there's always a coupon around the corner to help and the Kohl's Cash keeps sucking me right back in for anything I missed or need to replace after the fact. Every time I have been here, the staff is always friendly and there's someone going around tidying up what folks throw around. I will say though, this is the first time I didn't see one actively hanging around shoe's since there's normally always someone asking for help finding their size."

"It was a wonderful experience. Looking at something that was marked down, and the manager walked by said if we needed help, we said, no, he goes. Let me look the price up on that for you and we said it had already been marked. He said yes but it’s 50% off of that. So we bought it. And then our customer service representative who checked us out at the register, her name was Gentile. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. With a great personality."

"Shopped here in the morning and bought dress socks. It was pretty much the only thing not on sale. Went to return a few hours later because i found them at macys significantly cheaper. The manager told me they did not have a return lane open and that I had to wait in the astronomical line for all checkouts. I understand it’s Black Friday, but have a return lane open."

"The gentleman at the Amazon return desk was so helpful,kind, and patient today while helping me. His line was growing very long, the store was hot, and packed full of people. The store was very well stocked and had a great selection of gifts ready for Christmas. Customer service staff was great when I was also returning some sweaters that I didn't end up liking. Nice job on your customer service skills!"
