Sam's Club

"I purchased tires and had them installed at the club in Florence KY. I noticed leaking at my valve stems, and upon inspection, they were not replaced when the tires were installed. I reached out to the club and they told me that they were incapable of replacing them because they didn't have a torque wrench or the appropriate valve stems. I complained that it is an industry standard to replace the valves but I was turned away to solve the problem on my own. I feel like I was taken advantage of because they advertise servicing the valve stems, my invoice shows that the valve stems were completed, but it was not completed, and I was refused a refund. I also feel that this is extreme false advertising and other customers need to know that they will not be getting the service that they are paying for. I want to make sure this problem is not affecting other customers. I recommend going elsewhere for tires. UPDATE: After filing a complaint with Sam's Club corporate and the Better Business Bureau, I was able to schedule a time to go back into the club and talk to a manager. I was refunded my original purchase. I was also assured that they are doing the necessary things to get their marketing material and signage changed to reflect that they will not replace metal valve stems."

"I am not from here, so when the gentleman told me they don't even carry Nestle water, I was shocked. I just left. That blew my mind. I would understand if it was some obscure brand, but it's one of the most popular. Just doesn't make any sense."

"I have nothing bad about the store itself. The parking lot however is awful. Whoever the designer was that said make the spots normal size while making carts double wide is an idiot. Costco did it right with widening the spaces between to fit carts. It’s definitely in need of a parking lot update"

"Shop for husbands lunches and fresh fruit only real complaints my breads not been fresh last two times. It’s dated fine but feels like it’s going bad. Even kinda smells. I don’t think I will buy here again! Shelves often are out of product but they usually have the item next time"

"I like coming here for the convenience, but I'm only giving it three stars because of the gentleman in the alcohol section. I won't mention his name to avoid causing trouble for him, but he seems to really dislike his job. I've tried being friendly, saying hello, but every time, I get a grumpy look and zero response. It's a downer when the rest of the place is fine. Hope they can sort it out and make the whole experience better."
