"I bought a controller from this location. It was a 200$ controller. It looked nice and a lot better than the one I was using. I noticed as I was playing that it wasn’t for me. So I put everything in the box, cleaned the controller. Taped the box up and put it back in the bag with the receipt. Get to the store to return it and they say I can’t return it because it had been opened and it’s a new product. What?! NEVER IN MY LIFE have I had something to return where I couldn’t just get my money back or get an even exchange. “Well it’s company policy.” Why wouldn’t you tell me that or have disclaimed somewhere. It’s almost half the price of the effing console. NEVER BUY FROM GAMESTOP. Go to Amazon. What a joke."

"Went to buy a x xbox controller for my son. It was marked $24.99 on sale but it rang up $37.99. The cashier said it was because the sale was over. I reminded him it is illegal to not give me the price on the tag but the cashier would not listen. I just walked out. I contacted corporate and the BBB. I will never go back to this location."

"Always a let down, preorder bonuses sometimes are not available when you pick up your game, they have closed twice on me randomly for staff breaks during the day because they’re understaffed. Wasn’t able to preorder a game recently because the store clerk was not trained. However, the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable."

"The store is incredibly spacious and the staff is very nice and friendly. Decent selection and if they don’t have what you are looking for they will find a store that does and call them for you to be sure they have it before you drive there."

"They e really simplified everything, and there isn't as much to choose from anymore if you're an "in store" shopper; however, they are very helpful when it comes to trying to find something, or order anything, and the store us extremely clean. Trade Ins are still disappointing as far as value, but that's the industry as a whole. I prefer this store over all others in the surrounding area because there's never a hassle when I need to find something or want to know where to go if they don't have it in stock. The polite customer service is appreciated as well."
