"Went to customer service to sign up for membership ad We had not been members for the last year. Associate at the counter was far too pushy about not getting the standard gold membership. I politely declined twice on the upsale, it sounds like a good deal, just not right for us, and the employee told me she is just doing her job. I can appreciate that however, when someone says no, the answer is no. The pushiness of Costco employees is one reason why I let my membership lapse in the first place. Additionally, now you have to sign up for auto renewal and have a card on file? Ridiculous. Also, if Costco doesn't trust people to check themselves out (as they now check IDs at the self checkout and have other employees hovering and staring) then open up more registers. There was ZERO welcome in the atmosphere."

"Costco is amazing, but I wish I could get out of here for less than $400! Luckily, I have a vacuum sealer. Otherwise, I wouldn't suggest this for singles or small families. It is definitely 'buy in bulk'! Little known fact-their liquor store has amazing prices and you don't have to be a member to shop there!"

"I have say I had the best experience at the optical. When I dropped off my prescription, Cece took time to help me iron out my insurance issues. Cece, went above and beyond! Cece was so GREAT!! When I picked up my glasses, Ashley was wonderful! She made sure everything fits and took the time to make sure everything I’m comfortable wearing both of my glasses! Best customer service I ever had!! Kudos to both of the ladies!"

"Start with the good. Sarah at customer service was great. Very good at her job. The not so good. Our first visit, so we tried getting membership set up. Took 20 min to get to the counter, then the machines kept crashing and couldn't do our cards because the camera for ID's broke down."

"Great experience as always. A bit packed on Sunday. So maybe go in another day. Lots of options as always. & as always go in for some 32⁰ undies & maybe some Kirkland chocolate & some how walkout with 400$ worth of stuff. The staff was smiling & friendly, helpful & curtious. The shelfs were plentiful & stocked"
