"I went to the store because online said they had the item. They did not. I ordered the item. They shipped me the wrong item. I called them back and they refused to ship me the right item. I would never buy anything from them again. They basically wanted to keep all my money I had to get my bank involved!"

"Store was clean & happy to see plus sizes on main floor by the door. Most Macy's plus size is on top floor in back corner. Hard for an elderly plus size person to walk to. Hope other Macy's change to this floor plan. Easy to do returns at register instead of hunting return counter."

"I went to Macys in Florence for my homecoming dress and found two that I really liked but wanted to look around a little more so I asked the sales lady if she could put my dresses on hold. Then we came back a half an hour later from walking around and asked the lady about the dresses we placed on hold and she couldn’t find the dresses anywhere there where a couple more on the rack but of course the one I had was the last in my size and the lady didn’t really seem to care."

"The store was nice and mostly clean. The employee at the checkout was straightforward but still friendly. A few of the dressing rooms were closed, so you may have to wander a bit."
