"I am always always always always satisfied with these good folks. I've never had trouble finding things and sometimes it gets frustrating having to wait on a worker to help with something in their department and only 2 lanes are open and we are forced to do self checkout with numerous items but all in all they are good ppl"

"The subway here is amazing. Definitely will stop again when in this area. The wife and husband is absolutely AMAZING people!! The food was delicious, they were kind and went absolutely above and beyond. Especially with our kids. Make sure you stop and support their business. The absolute BEST subway around!"

"I don't usually get order pickup from this Walmart but was going to Florence so I put my order in at this Florence Walmart. I was very disappointed with the service times. This Walmart has over 20 pickup parking spots. But on this day it appeared that there was only 1 person bringing out orders! He was very nice and seemed to be working his hardest. But 1 runner to 20+ pickup parking spots equals SLOW SERVICE through NO FAULT of the one employee bringing out the orders. Walmart did a disservice to the 1 employee trying to run out orders for 20+ customers and a huge disservice to each & every customer who placed a pickup order that day. I personally will not order pickup from the Florence Walmart again because I didn't feel valued with a 30 minute wait for my order to be brought out. I was also offended FOR the 1 employee trying to run a huge pickup department all by himself! No employee should have to endure that level of stress. Bad job Walmart Pickup!"

"Never ever ever come here if you expect an appropriate pick up. Normally wait 30+ minutes, no matter how many items you have. Usually only 1 person working. Absolutely terrible Walmart. Go spend the extra money and do a quicker pick up at a competitor."

"Terrible store. I go there as infrequently as I can, sadly. Carts and trash all over the parking lot - which is not the stores fault. Store is in shambles each time I go. Shelves and displays are in disarray. Hanging items are often so messy you cannot find what size you are looking for of an item. Employees are unfriendly - don’t typically acknowledge you at any point in the store. It’s been this way since we moved here in 2018 and I had hoped it would improve. It hasn’t. If only corporate, store employees, and customers would be more prideful of this location. Only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because although I shop this location very infrequently, I find what I’m looking for about 75% of the time."
