So I took it back, and the manager Liz told me even though I had my receipt proving I bought it two months ago that I had to take the lowest price on the coat! I have never in my 55 years heard such a thing! Never will shop in that Macys again!!"

Their sofas are comfy, priced well, and made to last. We ended up buying a floor model and got a steep discount. Will shops here again!"
"Beyond frustrating and unbelievable. Save yourself a headache, buy furniture elsewhere. I’ve experienced three failed deliveries for a 9p sectional. Still no firm timeline of when all pieces, that are supposedly in stock, will actually deliver. No call from management or anyone to express concern or assurance that I will ever receive the entire sectional. Ordered July of 2022. Almost impossible to get a human on the phone. Staffing at the actual store is no better. Take your business somewhere it is valued and you will actually receive the products you order, prevent yourself from experiencing the aggravation of Macy’s Furniture."
"Customer service is almost nonexistent at Macys! Can’t reach a real person and when you do they redirect and disconnect constantly! Do not get any type of warranty!! DO NOT buy ANY furniture with an electrical part such as an electric recliner!!!!! Bc even if it is covered…it takes months to get a repair service out to evaluate to see if it is!!!! In the meantime our chair is stuck reclining for months!!!!"
