"FIX YOUR MACHINES OR DON'T ADVERTISE YOU HAVE SPECIALTY DRINKS!!!! Stopped by this morning at 6:30am. This is the 8th week your Chai Latte machine has been broken!! You are losing money... I buy gas, drinks, snacks, donuts to take to work etc, when I stop in for my morning drink... I'm not stopping again until I hear you have fixed your machines... it is not the employees fault that your machines do not work, this is corporate!"

"Dirty. Floors never clean,coffee machine never cleaned,lazy employees just stands around when the store is dirty. Counters disgusting. *******Update****** Black girl that work there 3rd shift is sooooo rude omg let me tell you. She handled my whole transaction sitting down at the cash register. She has a very bad misdemeanor and idgaf attitude. Made my visit very uncomfortable. Just sat there and just stared at me while checking me out......very weird"
"I went in this morning around 3:15 am, I was on my way to work. A young female was coming out of the bathroom.( 2/12/24) This use to be my favorite place to stop in the morning! There was always a tall guy behind the counter very friendly. Back to the female that was coming out of the bathroom. That was an employee. Very mean looking very rude. Long black hair. I don’t know how long she was employed there or anything I haven’t been in an eight months or longer. The last time I was there, there was a man working behind the counter that was always speeding his balls off, cleaning the store or falling asleep behind the counter. I see they fix that problem with this problem. I just know I won’t be returning! I have never been treated so rudely and my entire life as I just was tonight at Speedway. (7-11) you should hire better people that treat your customers friendly, and maybe they would return more often. I even live close to this area and pass through often and won’t stop in more often. It’s a shame."
