"For one everytime we go here there is a manager lady who is completely idiotic towards customer service. She ignores anyone at the counter trying to get help. She literally looks at you with a nasty look. And then ignores you... and every single time we go there they always get your order wrong.. today we got the biscuit and gravy and they barely put any gravey on the biscuit it was so dry it was hard to eat. This is the number 1 worst mcdonalds I have ever been in my life."
"They have kiosks and rather than it be another option the staff ignores you so you'll use them. If you want to talk to a person to order your food stay in your car. It is obvious they don't do random drug tests from the smell in the air and speed of the crew."
"I regularly go to this specific location over many others because of the level of service. My food order is always correct and the service is always prompt and efficient. If you need a quick bite to eat this one will take good care of you."
"Just sat an hour in the drive thru to get food I placed through the mobile app and when I got to the window they only gave me one of my items. Sat an additional 15 minutes waiting for them to give me the rest of my order. Every time I come to this location I end up waiting over 45 minutes and it sucks because it’s one of the only locations around open past midnight which is what is most convenient to me. I just wish their service would improve."
"I go here at least once every two weeks on my way to work. I get the same thing every time- a caramel frappe and a McDouble with no pickle & extra onions. They literally get the McDouble wrong 95 percent of the time. They always put no onions on it and since I’m on the way to work I don’t have time to ask them to remake it. And the times I do ask them to please remake it, they always have an attitude like I’m the one that did something wrong. I would definitely go to another location but this is the only one near my house and work. Hopefully their service gets better."
