"The transgender Lady named Dii, which I doubt is her actual legal first name, that was the cashier behind the counter was rude and had such negative attitude for no reason and continued as such even after me to the next customer and I see that to be not needed for any reason just because you're having a bad day doesn't mean you have to be rude and in a disrespectful tone towards everybody else in your line of work."

"Nice location. Friendly people. Amazing coffee and selection. BUT the fact you all dont see a problem with your speed of service when you have a line all the way to the bathrooms because you have been helping the same customer for 10-15 minutes for lottery is absolutely ridiculous. And this is an EVERYDAY thing. If it was every once in a while, completely understandable. A gas station trip should be quick and convenient. Nothing should take 20 mins in a gas station."
