"We are extremely disappointed with how we've been ignored and treated after years of being customers here. We had a change of beneficiary after updating our will. For whatever reason, it was not completed and phone calls and emails were repeatedly ignored since August of 2019. It is now March of 2020 and it is still not resolved. I, in no way, feel any sense of reassurance that our final wishes are in order and ready in the event of a crisis happening. I'm just glad that nothing had happened to either or both of us since this started as we have a small child and would like to know that he will be taken care of. It would also be nice to have everything in order for our executors. We are now changing agents. I would not recommend this agency to anyone."
