"Terrible customer service. Went in to see how I was billed twice. Last month and this month perior to my due date this month. One of my checking accounts are only for bills, I was charged twice. But the guy over there and the manager had a opionion about my finance situation like I was trying to avoid late fees and what not! Wouldn't recommend to go in and ask for help they get frustrated and the guy looked at me like he want to start a fight or something. Terrible terrible service. Wouldn't recommend anyone. After this month bill cycle, will be switching back to Specturm."
