"It’s gone on 3 WEEKS and i still haven’t had my PlayStation 5 returned to me i went to the Fairfield location and they are terrible at communicating things and every time I’ve called they tell me we’ll send a email out to see what’s the hold up and get back with you and they never get back with me. I’ve been trying to track my repair as well there has been no progress on it either and i keep hearing the same thing for $215 to go through all of this is ridiculous."

"WARNING DO NOT GO HERE: First interaction was great. I had a working phone, just a cracked screen. They were kind enough to order for me and schedule an appointment. I showed up to my appointment and was told 2-4 hours. I left with my wife and son for shopping. Upon return, I was told that there was an issue that would take longer. I said ok. Another 3 hours go by and we get a call saying that the rf failed and that they could not do the repair. I went to retrieve my phone and the screen NOW has a "rainbow" burn in it, and I have zero network connectivity. They said, how do we now it was working when you brought it in. I said, why didn't you try when I dropped it off? They wanted to charge me a cleaning fee, after returning my phone. One I refuse to pay. I now need a new phone."
