"I shop this store quite often! I wanted a couch there back in September and this wonderful guy helped me so very customer detailed. He did not have all the pieces and called around and held the couch for me in Springdale. He was so kind and had a great sense of humor. Went in there this week and the sales associate could not scan my five dollar coupon so he calls for the Manager. Up walks wonderful guy that was so great with my couch. He took great care of me at the register and he definantly deserves the Manager position. He has a great laugh too. Plus I finally found out his name is Robbie. Ask for him, he will treat you with respect, explain in detail and make sure you leave satisfied. Great store!"
"Signed up for 15% off it was sent in an email. Problem was it was my husband's email so I could not get to it so I told the manager. I had $100 worth of merchandise and the manager would not help me out with the email. So I told him to keep the whole cart. He said you are not going to buy this because of the 15% off coupon. I just said I can't believe you are losing $100+ in sales because of the 15% coupon.keep your customers happy and they will come back, shun them cause the coupon will not load and lose that customer for life."
