"The girls here were very nice during my time of mourning and picking out a head stone that was perfect for both my Mom and my Dad. They helped us pick out the perfect one. During the initial meeting she sent a very detailed email with all of our requests and asked for us to drop of the ern of remains to any of their locations once we received them. Fast forward 8-9 months later the monument was finally placed in and it was beautiful! Exactly what we wanted for them. However, I forgot 1 very important thing; to drop of the remains after she asked me to in June, 2022. So, now I have to pay the fee to have it re-opened and re-sealed. Which, yes, was my fault for not dropping them off right away once we got them right after being asked. However as we know grieving is messy. And it completely slipped my mind with everything else going on. I will take that responsibility. However, for a person/ company that does this every day for all kinds of people- shouldn't it be a regular practice to work with your clients on making sure everything is taken care of? In a 8-9 month waiting period, shouldn't it be common practice to reach out and ask an ETA on when they will be dropped off? It's very frustrating to spend $6000-$7000 for a monument and not have the people you're working with help you through that process A-Z with the hopes of you not having to pay even more money to finish the hard process of putting your loved ones to rest. Edit: Aaron (I'm not sure if I'm spelling that correctly) the owner of all of the locations called me right away and gave a very heartfelt apology and said it was a mistake and that I'll get a full refund. He was so nice and understanding and compassionate! I can't thank Kris (who helped us design and ordered it), Christine (I believe that was her name at the Toledo location who helped me) and Aaron (the owner who fixed this situation) enough for all of their help!"
