"Once the only subway that was decent in town. Ordered 3 very simple subs with one being, and I stated very clearly, no mayo or sauces of any kind. When I got home, 20 min away I discovered that 2 of the subs were wrong with the one that was clearly ordered with no mayo actually was smotherd in mayo. Called the restaurant and was told that I could bring the sub back and they would remake it. I have a problem with the fact that I have the additional time and expense involved in their error with no offer for compensation. Restaurant was not busy either, clearly no one cared. Maybe spent less time on trying to get tips and more time on your quality. Won't be back!"
"When I ordered, I requested lots of lettuce and spinach on my 6 inch sub. I got a 4 inch sub with 4 spinach leaves and a sprinkle of lettuce. I did take pictures. Very small amount of food. The problem was that I ordered the sub to go and didnt see them make it. When I was able to eat the sub, I was too far from the restaurant to return."
