"Very poor attention to detail. The store manager never answers the phone or calls back. I set up a move out date 10 days in advance. But the assistant manager moved me out 3 days before I scheduled my move out date. When I asked customer service why they did they. The response was the assistant manager was new and this is a good learning experience. Not even an apology."
