"Fantastic location. The people who work here are very mindful and kind. I’ve never had a bad experience in over 11 years of coming to this location. Their lemonade is superior to other locations, and sandwiches are always served hot, not warm from a lamp. Love the Spicy Deluxe."
"This location has been non-stop since they reopened. There is always a line wrapped around the building, but that's because of the service experience that the staff members give. They are attentive, polite and accommodating. It's no wonder that they are always busy; everyone wants to share in that experience."
"The remodel is stunning. My daughter and I enjoyed a meal in the dining area. My favorite is the coke bottle light above the seating area where the playground used to be. You really have to look at it to notice it's old coke bottles. Very cool!!"
"Simply not worth the time and money. They should have put in an 8 lane highway for the drive thru. Maybe that would speed things up. I remember when Chick-fil-A was actually speedy. Times have changed and the convenience is gone. New update: we decided to try it again now that it's remodeled. Place is crazy busy. Line in drive through was all the way out to Mentor Ave. We went inside after we navigated our way through the entrance. Had to walk through the drive-thru line. Watch out. Lots of people standing around inside just waiting on their food. We ordered quickly and waited. And waited. Looks like most of the service is new. Trash can is overflowing! Edit: Something has changed here. It used to be quick. Wait times are very long now? Poor management? Short Staff? I don't know. We love Chick-fil-A and eat here often. We decided to go inside today instead of waiting in the drive thru. The service is Extremely slow for a fast food place. I was expecting quick service. Or at least give us our drinks when we ordered. It seems like the food drivers were getting better service."
"Have been waiting almost a week for a response to our completely incorrect order. Not only was it wrong, but my pregnant wife’s sandwich had a bread twist tie on it. Too bad because we wanted to order catering for this weekend but it’s been impossible to get a hold of anyone or get a call back from numerous voicemails. Do NOT recommend this location. Stinks because they used to be good."
