"I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sunset RV. They seem to take advantage of their customers by selling subpar RV campers. The RV I purchased was nothing but trouble from day one. It was poorly constructed, with numerous defects that required immediate attention. The quality of materials used was shockingly bad, leading to constant repairs and maintenance issues. The worst part was their customer service. When I reached out to address these problems, they were unhelpful and dismissive. It felt like they were more interested in making a sale than ensuring customer satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Sunset RV to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and avoid their poorly made campers and terrible service."

"I purchased a unit back from them in April. I went in knowing full well that these are used camper. With that mindset I checked the camper thoroughly. They offered to hook it up to power and water so I could test ac, water pump, gas range and water heater. All worked accordingly. The camper I chose did have 2 small soft spots and the adjusted the price to reflect that. They even allowed me to store the camper on their lot until I had a day off to pick it up. I use the camper at work during long weekends to save on gas and be on call at the property. Camper is doing great."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!! They buy them from auctions . They are cover in black mold and water damage that you can not see . My husband has been getting sick staying in our camper . Come to find out we have black mold from water damage that you can not see . We called someone to come work on our camper and he said where did you buy it . I told him and he said yes they buy campers from auctions with water damage and don’t fix them .I called and talked to Nick and he said well that’s why we do a walk through and sell it as is . I said yes you do a walk through knowing you can’t see the water damage or black mold behind the walls or under the carpet . Save yourself the money and go somewhere else ."

"We've been in the market for a pop up camper. Finally, we saw one on the Sunset RV website. It was in our budget. I'm going to be honest. The place does not look very promising but the people there are awesome (Adam, Sarah and another gentleman who showed us how to close it up). It was worth driving 2.5 hours and almost running out of gas (during the gas shortage). We've already used it on a small camping trip with our 18 month old daughter. Sarah was right, she did have a great time!!"
