"My family and I were shopping around for local storage facilities and I am so happy we found the Sunset Beach location. Rich and Chrystal are absolutely amazing. I called with questions and Rich explained everything in detail. We went to tour the facility and we were sold. Rich gave us a tour of the units and shared some great stories with us! We experienced some hiccups with our belongings due to the moving company and faced delays in receiving our belongings. Chrystal came to the rescue and helped us out of the situation and resolved all of our worries. She is a miracle worker!
