"Horrible!!! Got rusted out bike with a flat tire, my daughter fell off and hit her head on the pavement. Makeyla was in the rush to close the store after telling me it was open until 4. She was rude beyond believe, she pointed through the window outside and said “just take that bike right there”. Stay away from this place."

"#1- Sheets: They were not delivered. We just went to Target and purchased instead. #2- Cabana: On Sunday it was not there, on another day it was set up 3 streets down and they never informed us, so we naturally thought it had not been done, then on a third day the wind conditions prohibited them from setting up our cabana. #3- Golf Cart: Never a problem. It has always been dependable and so WONDERFUL to have. #4 Someone from Julie’s phoned me about my 3 star review. #5 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY"

"We had bikes delivered for a vacation and that went smoothly and was awesome, then we rented chairs and a paddle board which took three days to get delivered after the day that they told us ever get delivered, and then they delivered it wrong.. but everyone that we spoke to on the phone is very nice and understanding. I will have to give them a break because it was one of the busiest Summers on the island and I understand, 8/10 recommend"

"I was a little sad on my bike rentals here. I rented 2 bikes for 2hrs cost me about $50-$60 after tax. There was two other Caucasian nice lady says they rented theirs 2 bikes for “until tomorrow” for $50 total. And I only use mine within the hr and I didn’t get a refund for the early return. Experiencing service like this makes me think a lot of how much people are being mistreated throughout. Looking forward to one day the get better. Would love to go back and rent again one day. Great smoothies and ice cream! I love the chairs outside to sit down and enjoy the ice cream. I also like the board anyone can write their name on it! Very good vibe for anyone to feel welcome."

"Julie`s rentals made our beach vacation so relaxing and memorable! We arrived at our home and everything was already delivered. All of the equipment was clean and easy to use. It was delightful to walk down to the beach and find our beach tents already up and assembled. The staff made it very clear that they wanted to make our stay as relaxing as possible! I literally couldn`t imagine this trip without them! Our experience was nothing like the other reviews below, I believe it is under new management and for the better :)"
