"You know the signs. Big Frank and Little Mary! If you have ever driven through Murphy and surrounding areas of WNC you have probably asked yourself who they are. Well, I found out my last trip there. They are Big Realty. We did not get to meet them personally, but we did get to work with two different agents that are there with them. First off, Dottie is an absolute joy to chat with. We stopped in hoping to run into Coyle whom was the listing agent on a property we wanted to purchase cash. He was not in and she was so helpful with answering questions about the local area while we waited hoping to hear back from him. We hit it off being from the same place and swapped a few stories. Dottie is a warm energy you can't help but feel safe in the prescense of. Anyone that works with her I believe will be in the best of hands. Coyle was here only for 2 days having just joined the company and already so on top of things. He was very attentive, worked us in his schedule in a very short notice to meet after hours at dinner knowing our very tight schedule and was very patient with answering all of our questions. With his background, he was able to give us some extra positive insight to the area and soothe some of our concerns given our unique situation with a handicapped family member. Dottie and Coyle both have some of the best response time I have experienced so far in real estate transactions. Unfortunately, we didn't get the place we wanted through no fault of Coyle's. He delegated on our behalf with an initial warning that the place had a verbal bid acceptance with someone before us who was trying to get their finacing straight and at any time could go under contract. We unfortunately hesitated by wasting our time with another property and finally put an offer in at the same time the other party got their financing straight. Our mistake waiting a few days and wasting energy elsewhere. Big Realty will be my go to in the future if we should ever decide to purchase again in SW NC."
