"We went to Murphy for a funeral and stayed 2 nights. We found it comfortable, clean and restful. The staff at check-in, breakfast and check out were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again."

"We were checked in by a lovely lady Michelle she was very helpful and very kind. She’s a real asset to your location! We found the room very nice clean and cool. It was a nicely renovated recently! "Well for starters the hotel looks as if it was a low budget hotel that someone tried to remodel to look better than it was. Parking lot was completely too small a area for hotel guest. There was construct going on both sides of hotel. They advertise a indoor pool in fact it's not anything like they say it suppose to be. Seasonal pool is farfetched. The water was extremely cold and because it has a building it's in made it were the sun couldn't heat the pool. Regardless it was suppose to be at some what room temp but very displeased. The other thing would be the rude and unkept reception lady. She was coughing while checking us in and looked a dirty contagious mess. That is the most unprofessional on her part and the hotels. For them to let her work around public in said condition says a lot bout how they feel bout guest. I will be reporting them to health dept. I would never stay there again horrible experience."

"Lost power tonight tried to stay here with my husband and two small children and was told they don’t allow locals to stay there. 1st we’ve stayed there before and yes I can prove it because I am a Wyndham rewards member and I log my stays. The woman at the front desk was so incredibly rude and down right ignorant. I have never in all the extensive traveling I’ve done in my life seen such rude, ridiculous behavior. Please, Please don’t stay at this hotel the absolute ignorance of these people should be tolerated!"
