"Literally the location and the young man with the pony tail who checked us in were the only good things. I don't usually do these because even if something is a little off, people just have a bad day but to say we were treated absolutely horribly is an understatement. We checked in with a very sweet young man. He was filling the coffees, tidying up, very sweet. We asked if late checkout for diamond members & he said yes,between 12-1. We checked in & went to the casino so in all honesty we didn't look to much at the room right away. It was a mother/daughter night. We got back around 4am. We went to shower & realized the bathroom wasn't the cleanest & walking across the floor in the bedroom gave us dark feet. When I got into one of the two beds, the sheets & comforter smelled SO badly like body odor (I had just showered before that's thrown out there...) & the smell was so strong I froze most of the night, I kicked it down. We set an alarm for 11 to be able to get dressed to leave. My mom was woken up at 9am by the housekeeper screaming F bombs about somebody rinsing their dog off in the shower because she found dog hair. LOUD.I wake up and we were taking our time getting ready to leave. I personally re-showered off because of the bed being so strong smelling. We then get a call we didn't get to answer..The second call comes & my mom answers & is asked why we haven't left yet. My mom was confused & said we had asked for late checkout .. He said, "We don't do that. It's past time for checkout so we need to get in the room." ....At this point it's 11:40 and we thought we had until between 12-1... She said ok we are getting ready to go.. They scoffed & hung up. About 5 minutes later we hear a housekeeper bang horribly loud and scream at the top of her lungs, "Housekeeping!!!!" Whilst banging obnoxiously. We looked at each other just absolutely shocked. When I opened the door she is laughing down the hallway. A couple more later the phone rings again... I was so upset at this point I answered. He said, "Hi it's past checkout." I let him know we clearly asked last night and watched him type it in the computer we had late checkout. He said, "Ya we don't do that we need y'all out. " I told him that sounds like a problem within the office, we are getting ready to go like we planned, it's not even 12 yet, which is the earliest time we planned on leaving. We will be gone by 1 at the latest no matter how many times you call or bang on the door as she just did..." You hear laughing and scoffing and they hang up. So immature & frustrating. We were so frustrated, tired & just trying to get ready to leave & the constant phone ringing & banging was not helping that. We grabbed our bag and went up front. We had taken a minute to calm down & up front, there is a very young teenage boy with blonde hair sticking straight up in torn jeans, a t shirt and was laughing extremely saying our room was the last she had to do so we needed to get out, unprofessionally, next to him was a young lady in sweatpants & a sweatshirt laughing & mocking us. I stopped & said, "Look we do understand if this location doesn't do that but when you're told the night before, we planned our morning around it so can you guys maybe please have a clarification with everyone to ensure something like this doesn't happen with someone else? " I actually at that point said it very calm & just very questionable trying to make a suggestion. Literally AS I'm saying it they start laughing & yelling over me, YA GET OUT BYYYYYYE!! LEAVE BYE!" etc. My mom said We will be calling a manager, the young lady pointS & said "Ones right there! K BYE LEAVE!" We were shocked!We called corporate & let anyone know of this blatant disrespect & horrible way we were treated! They were laughing as we left & yelling insults. Literally this level of hurt was sad! Reply: who else would yell about cleaning it & had a cart & we never talked to a maid before the bang on the door.The desk called first.. And it's still not our fault that's what we were told the night before."

"Everything about the hotel was absolutely amazing except for that we were in room 113 and the people in 111 had sex all night long and we could hear them moaning and groaning and hollering. The walls were so thin so we didn’t get no sleep if they hadn’t been in there it would’ve been a pleasant experience but the people next-door kept us awake all night. If you go there, tell them you don’t want a room with an adjoining room, because you can hear everything through the walls"

"Always like staying at a Hampton Inn. Friendly and helpful clerk at check-in. Took an extra moment to show me where the stairwell is located as I prefer to walk up steps. Room key worked as expected. Room appearance was nice at first observations. Bathroom functioned as intended and stocked with soaps. Really this room is due for a detailed cleaning after casually observing accumulated dust. Have always wondered if hotels perform periodic deep cleaning of rooms. There are couple of fast food restaurants within walking distance, but most restaurants are a couple of miles down the road in the downtown area. Forget it need something, there is a Walmart across the highway."

"The room was very pretty, spacious, and nicely set up. Breakfast was good with lots of options. The location was great. However the coffee machine in my room did not work, and the bed was very hard, and also there was no tub."

"Would give better review but I had cockroaches in my bathroom. Im just hoping none of the little buggers got in my stuff. Not going to be back. Hotel is old but it has a funny smell. Like a couch thats been left outside. Not horrible but not good either. One of the wash cloths had oily looking dirt all over it. Just really not impressed. More akin to a red roof inn. Theres a Holiday Inn right up the street for next time"
