"As a employee the schedule was great, hr department was wonderful, the management however needs serious improvement, he seems to focus on picking at employees that are trying to do their job instead of addressing the unprofessional behavior of some of the cnas that have been there for years , they carry on all day talking about everyone , and everything loudly in front of patients, on their phones while taking care of patients, on dayshift, I have worked in many places and have never seen such ,the food was also pretty bad , meal tickets could barely read ,"

"The only good thing I will say about this place is activities. Stephanie is so kind . Bethany and Marshall , the DON and ADON are in a relationship and they are rude and dont care about staff . This place has high turnover . I've personally seen Bethany and Marshall talk to employees like dogs . Luckily my family was only there a short time . I do not understand why corporate cannot see the problem . They have ran off some very good nurses and CNAs. I do not recommend working here or having your loved ones here ."

"Very Caring Staff. Clean facility. Only reasons I don’t 5star is because food is cold when served sometimes. Maybe revisit for a new plan for this one. Other than that I have nothing else. The CNA girls are really good and housekeeping is helpful. My mother Ms. Betty goes here every month for 5 day Respite Care. After some horror stories with a few area facilities, I can only trust Westmoreland because she’s total care. Thank so much Staff."

"My mother was in this facility for about 3 months and we had a lot of outside issues with family and with some hiccups along the way I thank God for the amazing nursing and staff that kept my mother safe. Couldn’t think them enough, my mother loved her nurses so much and they were all amazing. We had to move facilities unfortunately, but the fact they did all they could to protect her and take care of her is what I love. My mother had been depressed for months and here she loved getting out and mingling with everyone and going to the activity room she had a smile on her face often. Know your loved one will absolutely be taken care of!"

"While visiting here, I have observed the most caring staff. As a result, the residents are getting their needs met and seem content and happy during a very challenging time in their lives. When Stephanie does activities, she lights up the room and brings many joy. My heart has been so blessed to witness the goodness of the employees' hearts faithfully being extended to all each and every day. Thank you, for all you do!"
