"I began renting last year and immediately recognized the unprofessionalism and lack of communication from our property manager Angela Collins. Closer to moving out this year i noticed she began sending one word responses or just not responding at all. I chose to move because I didn’t want to rent from her anymore. My security deposit was supposed to get returned 30 days after i moved out but it took over a month and a half to come. She told me it was being looked into and then never got back to me and then eventually when i contacted NAIs office i was able to talk to someone who actually told me it was never even mailed out. She began being super rude over text and now I have learned she is about to no longer work for these specific properties anymore. I would never recommend her to anyone to rent from as she is super unprofessional and rude and has obviously had issues with other people in the past."
