"It's a mobile home park. We've lived here for seven years and have never had any issues. It is quiet here. We don't have any trouble makers living here and management does a good job of keeping trouble out."
"I've lived in the mobile home park since 2020. Management has always been available when needed; quickly repairs anything they are responsible for, and on most occasions, they are willing to work with you as best as possible. The people are friendly, though most keep to themselves. The kids are usually polite and respectful of other people's things and space!"
"This is a no frills RV park that is easy on the budget. Most sites have a slope so leveling will be needed. The lady at the office was very nice and accommodating when we asked to change sites because we couldn’t get satellite. There was minimal road noise and no trains!! We would stay again."
