"I've been going to this store for 15 years everyday to purchase smokes and a drink as well as gas for all 3 company vehicles, but I have never been talked to the way I was today from the lady cashier.. I will now be taking ALL my business elsewhere and judging from the comments from other customers and reviews, YOU have a bad apple who is costing you business... REMOVE the bad apple!!!.. Casey's down the road has WAY better customer service... I urge consumers to try there before stopping and dealing with the rude attendant"

"I used to go there all the time but that changed when the cashier bold faced lied to me about their cigarette prices. "We charge the state minimum....", which I know is a lie. I can go to 6 stores within 10 minutes of there and get my brand for almost $15 a carton less. When I commented on this, the reply I received was an indifferent shoulder shrug and "Oh Well!" You'd think after frequenting the store, weekly, over the last 4 years a customer would be treated with a little more respect. So...I'm a customer no more."

"I pumped at pump 5 today. It is starting to get cooler so I decided to wait inside my car while the gas pumped. I've done this for the 10 years I've been driving without an issue. Two minutes pass and I hear the gushing of gas so I ran outside to stop it manually. I went inside the store to let them know the gas pump hadn't stopped and the attendant basically said I was out of luck on the extra 2 gallons I paid for. From the attendant's reply, I can tell they know and dont care to fix it to make more money. Moral of the story, if you're looking to save a few cents on gas, go somewhere else."

"I literally just bought an elf bar from them a little over an hour ago. I get home and open it and this is how it looks! Also I was charged $27 and some change. Where as everywhere else is charging way less Like $21 and some change. Defected elf bars are not cool. I will never BUY from there again! And I will be checking my elf bar before I leave the store from now on because this is ridiculous! My advice is don’t BUY from them at all! But if you do check it in the store!"

"Used to love this place for all of my vape needs. Bought a vape here yesterday, walked out to my car, and the vape wouldn’t work. Well I was already running behind for an appointment so I drove off and figured I’d come back later and try to return it. The older woman cashier refused to return my vape and was rude as hell about it. I have NEVER had a business that I bought a vape at refuse to return my bad vape. Absolutely terrible business and will not be back. This is very disappointing because I loved their selection of vape products, but what’s the point of spending $20 on a vape with no guarantee it will work, and they won’t even try to exchange a bad vape and fix my product. Waste of my money."
