"Changed their rates without any notice of having done so. Charged me $8.99 for parking for 35 effing minutes. Genuinely hope whoever runs this parking garage gets caught in a jet engine. It's been $1.99 any other time I've parked here for the last couple of years. They refuse to even listen to me, their support called me stupid for not having checked rates that I had no indication went up (and it doesn't tell you the rates in the text they send you upon entry, no matter how much they wanted to tell me it did), and they won't issue a refund for a price I didn't know I was paying. Literal demons."

"Extremely overpriced when compared to surrounding parking options. The rate has increased to $8 for up to three hours plus a $.99 service fee. For just $1, you can park for three hours in one of the metered spots on State Street, and for $3 you can park for three hours in the State Street Garage. Additionally, the meters and State Street Garage are free after 6 PM and on weekends, whereas Promenade Garage, never give you a free moment. Unless you’re desperate, move on!"

"DON'T PARK HERE!! My wife parked here, downloaded the app like she was supposed to, and tried to pay. She noticed the money was never taken out of our debit card account. To park was $5. She received a letter a few days later for $30. Tried to dispute, but no avail. Sounds like they are refusing payment so they can charge extra fine of $25. Most parking garages don't charge after 5pm anyway. My advice is find another garage if you can even if you have to walk a few more steps."

"$5 daily flat rate to park M-F 7am-6pm. After 6pm it is free daily, and weekends are free. Often fills up in afternoons and becomes accessible for monthly parkers only. Clearance is low (6'1") so bigger vehicles be careful, especially if you are trying to park in the upper levels."
