"These people are insane trying to charge $12.50 for one hour in the old city of Knoxville. Especially being 300 ft from free parking."
"Will never use this lot again. We parked here in December 2023, paid $2 per hour. Parked again this past Saturday, paid $15 at the kiosk, thinking that was for the whole evening. We were there from 12:30pm to 7:30pm. Got a ticket for $50, and apparently the $15 was for 2 hours! Their website prices don't match what they charge. The kiosk is confusing. Too many other places to park."
"I parked in this parking lot in October 2022. I paid at the kiosk. Eight months later, I get a collection notice from an attorney out of Texas saying I did not pay for parking on the day/time in question, and was attempting to collect tge parking fee PLUS fine. I sent the collection company the copy of the receipt and filled out all necessary forms. But, nothing has been done to resolve this to my favor. I continue to get collection letters from the attorney demanding I pay for parking fee (that I already paid for) plus $57 fine. I have sent the collection company a receipt for the parking fee three times. But, they will not quit harassing me. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ever parking in a SP Plus parking lot. I never will again."
"0 stars. I'm a local. I've parked here many times with no issues but no more. I parked here without money on me, but I was meeting a friend. I ran inside to get the money and came back to a ticket put on one actual minute after I parked the car. Maybe it was the luck of the draw, but I tried to dispute the ticket on their system. Of course, they want my money so why would they say it was a mistake or just charge me the $2 for parking? Bottom line, have someone sitting in your car while you get your pass otherwise you might not be fast enough for this lot."
"No attendant. New to TN. Knew nothing about where or how to pay. Says Public Lot. In Ohio they had attendants. We were their for American Cancer benefit. $60 violation seems out of sight. When a whole night is only $10."
