"I had requested a liability insurance quote for my glamping properties via your website on April 20th. On Friday, April 21st, I received a call from your office to discuss specifics. At that time, I was advised that I would hear back with a quote by the end of that day but was advised it could be Monday, April 24th. Never received a call or email so I followed-up with AJ on Wednesday, April 26th. He apologized and said I would hear something back by no later than Friday, April 28th. Again, no call or email from your agency. Attempted again to reach AJ on Monday, May 1st with no success. My last attempt was leaving a voicemail yesterday, May 3rd. Consistently, no response once again. This is likely one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever encountered. I am very disappointed in how your agency handled in what could have been a potential client."
