"Could not be more disappointed, and upset! After going through all the trouble of ordering a phone on line through my email and them taking my money, I was informed they put a stop to my purchase, and wanted me to show identification at a U.S. Cellular store. I am traveling across country as my job requires, but I make time. Only to be told they can't me, after me providing identification, a social security card, and proof of an address. The address is a Florida address so I can't buy a phone??? I can't set up an account in West Virginia because I have a Florida address on my identification card??? Mean while I have a daughter in West Virginia I can hardly talk to because she didn't want a Walmart prepaid like her father. She wanted to go through U.S. Cellular! After this I can promise you STRAIT TALK PREPAID FOR LIFE!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Take my money, and then couldn't give me my product, and then couldn't give me money back, I also have to wait to get that back. Beyond livid!!!"
