"The man at the checkout was so nice and helpful. Even to his fellow employee who couldn't understand the change needed for another transaction. The employees may seem stand off ish, but are usually very kind and pleasant."
"The boy with the square head swiped my card 3xs n didn’t know how to refund it back so I paid for drinks I didn’t get! They have bad attitudes! I hate going but it’s Close so I just thug it out ! I get that your 60 but it’s not my fault you can’t retire but you shouldn’t come to work in a bad mood!!!"
"A place not to go if you have disabilities like someone like me that has severe social anxiety and depression and PTSD and need emotional support animals they won't let you have a baby ball python on your neck even after you show them papers that say that you have been prescribed for emotional support animals and that the emotional support animals are to be with me every where I go to soothe my social anxiety and depression so they care nothing about people with mental health problems but it's fine we spend literally hundreds a month there and after the lawsuit the cop told me I have every right to file I won't want for money for a while after they turned down legal paperwork because corporate looked up service animals and yeah a ball python can't be a service animal that physically helps people but didn't look up emotional support animals and emotional support animal can be any domesticated animal in the United States from dogs cats rats guinea pigs mini pigs reptiles Amy domesticated animal in the United States so they are going to have 2 lawsuits against them in the very near future one for denying a legal document that specifically says my emotional support animal needs to be wit me at all times wherever I go and a lawsuit for discrimination ofr for having emotional disabilities to where I need an emotional support animal in the first place I'm pretty sure my lawyer will be calling for corporates phone number very soon to maybe be able to handle this without filing these 2 lawsuits but I'm really thinking I'd rather have the money idk we'll seei have been bringing my small ball pythons in for over a year because I got my first one on June 18th of last year and most of the employees love them and even one decided she wanted a snake because of me and some even ask where they are when it's too cold to bring them outside or just ate or are shedding point is they don't care about people with mental health problems but would probably let a dog that could bite to protect their owner and I'm terrified of dogs like some other people are terrified of dogs but dogs are ok service animals but a ball python that just stays on my shoulder around my neck and don't move at all is out of the question to bring in opposed to a dog that could attack because their trained to protect their owner."
"This is hands down, the worst gas station. The employees are rude and always looking to pick a fight. They treat everyone as if they're stealing. The signs that are displayed for customers are often rude, ableist, and downright ignorant. Every few months I go in thinking just maybe, and every time I regret it. The product selection is as if they took overflow from affluent areas and that's their weekly stock order. The leftovers. It has progressively gotten worse since Casey's took over. I never once had a problem when Pilot owned this location. The community deserves far better. Glad my very rare trip out due to social anxiety and autism left me in tears thanks to the staff's rude and hateful treatment."
"I'd give 0 stars if it was an option. People working there that doesn't want to do their job at all. So your employee shanda or whatever it is Stomps to the back of the freezer with an attitude because she didn't want to get more Dr.pepper out of the back. Claims there was none. Had me walk in the back and guess what there was more. Then stomped back to the register cursing under her breath. Won't go back to this location."
