"I was sent to Park West Hospital by these people. I waited for over 10 hours and the national VA hotline wanted me to go to Mt Home in Johnson City. I got no treatment as I had no way to go over 100 miles to Johnson City. Park West could not help as the VA wanted me to pay. The people in Knoxville are idiots and have no clue how to do their jobs. This is not the first rodeo I have been on. Total idiots that mislead people everyday. Avoid the place in Knoxville. They have no one that knows anything and will send you on a wild goose chase. I still have the extreme headache that I have had for weeks."
