"Salesman and installer were very polite and showed up on time. Nice blinds, too. However “budget” is extremely misleading. $400 for one ordinary window is outrageous. Next time I will shop elsewhere."

"We’ve used budget blinds two separate times, once for blinds and then again for drapes. Dana was amazing to work with! She was very patient and helpful! Also, the install team did a great job and even can back to rehang a rod that appeared a little uneven. It was level, it just appeared uneven because our ceiling is uneven. The team helped solve that tricky problem. Wonderful service!"

"Review from September 2022: Purchased blinds with budget blinds in December 2017. They claimed I had a 5 year warranty and could replace old damaged blinds. Well...I sent photos of my old blinds, in September 2022, explaining that some were damaged and some were inoperable. Instead of replacing for free, as they originally claimed upon purchase, they said they'd need to send an assessor out for an $79 charge and then if the blinds in fact needed to be replaced they'd charge another $400. My only issue with this, besides their original claim of blinds being replaced for free, is that half my blinds were replaced by them last year. The only difference is they sent someone out for a 1 time charge of $79 but not another $400. Now they want to change things up. Misleading and unprofessional. I understand times may be tough, but keeping your word is vital in business."
