"I forgot to take pictures, but I was here with my aunt trying to find professional plus sized clothes for the office. The employees were very helpful and easy to talk to, great selection, and the store was very clean and organized. Fitting rooms were nice and clean. Mirrors are great"

"Shopping online is usually the way to go. They don't have a good variety of sizes in the store (really only like 0 and 3 in swimsuits). Everyone working there seemed nice, but i felt like it was a waste of my time to go in store."

"Cute clothes and helpful staff. The prices feel excessive in most cases unless you can find a sale further discounting clearance. Even then it makes the price just begin to approach a reasonable number for the quality given. But plus size stores are hard to come by."

"I have nothing against the location or the people who work at this store. All the people who work at this location are very friendly and helpful; however, I placed an order on June 15 and usually get an email a couple of days later saying that my order has shipped. Unfortunately, that was not the case with this order. After placing the order I got the email that said I placed an order (like I normally would) but NEVER received any email after that saying that my order had shipped. Now, here it is 2 weeks later and I still have no order and no email telling me if my order has been shipped, cancelled, lost, etc. I wish I could say this has never happened before, but every time I order online through torrid, I feel my order is always taking the snail route. I do have an account with torrid but will be cancelling it once it's paid off because of this. I just hope that whoever has to order online through torrid never has to experience the shipping problems that I have had."
