"Yikes this location is something else, the young man at the register was beyond helpful but I cannot say the same for the female on his shift. She was very VERY rude and had very vulgar music playing on full volume. She stopped me as soon as I walked into the store and asked me "What do you need??" When I told her I needed Gatorade, she demanded that I put bags on my shoes because she claimed "It's rude to walk on a mopped floor" I understand having a comfortable work environment but please think about the customers. When I asked for her name she said "Nay Nay". I will be calling to speak to the manager for her real name because the experience was so unbelievably unprofessional."

"Seriously, don’t bother coming to this location, clearly the workers don’t realize they have a job to do other than sitting there talking or on the phone. I went in here during the day mind you, all the coffees were empty, all the creamer in the machines were gone, the only coffee was in the auto machines they have and when I got it it tasted as if the machine had never been cleaned, I didn’t know what dirty coffee tasted like until this place. A customer should not have to remind a worker to do there job, we shouldn’t have to say “hey all your coffee and creamer is gone”. I worked at a gas station years ago, and never once had to have someone tell me that, part of your job is periodically checking all product and coffee, I hope the owner does a serious clean out of this place and rids it of the non working workers."

"They don’t honor their advertised sales prices for items and just shrug at you when you mention it. Went from coming here 3+ times a week every week to never going to any Weigels again now. I’ll just go to Walmart for my gas and snacks."

"I’ve been to Weigel’s #22 several times and every time the nice black woman is always at the register helping a store full of customers by herself. I’m guessing the Indian lady sitting at the computer is the supervisor who by the way never helps out with customers,she is not a team player and leaves the other employee working alone. Bad leadership,bad customer service. She’s not fit for the job.Weigel’s has to do better."

"Everytime I go in there the workers are either not willing to help, rude and condescending. If they are being moved to the new store in Western, every single one of those people need and attitude adjustment. 1 year later: Against my better judgement, I went back to this store. Once again, the staff treated me in a very rude and condescending manner. I'm contacting corporate this time. This store is the example of how not to treat your customers. I work customer service 40 hours a week and if I were to be rude to my customers the way they are to theirs, I'd be fired."
