"The truck we rented was being taken out of state. While they supposedly inspect their vehicles I have my doubts. It was raining the day we left and had it already loaded. We put the mattresses up off the floor and we had them covered. When we arrived at our destination we discovered the truck had a leak down one of the side walls and ruined an entire mattress. We had bought the insurance thinking it was to protect the contents only to find out it didn't cover our damages because it wasn't considered to be the fault of the leaky truck. Talk about selling you insurance for nothing."
"Reserved a Uhaul a few weeks in advance. When I showed up to get to it there wasn't one available. Even after calling me the day before to see if a fifteen foot truck would work instead of the one I reserved. Turns out I was "late" to pick it up. I reserved for pickup at 3pm and I arrived at 4:30pm. My advice, don't bother reserving a truck with this location. Just show up and hope for the best. There's a good chance though that they will give you someone else's reserved truck. Brian"
"Explained to an employee that I would like to leave the uhaul at a separate location. Was given the green light to do so. Got a call early in the morning that apparently it was never put in the computer because I was suddenly looking at being double charged for a round trip and was looking at $100s in charges. Had to hurry back and take the uhaul from one store to the original location before my rental expired in 2 hours. Getting in touch with a rep was horrible. Called the local number and was still transferred to a National call center and was on hold for over an hour before I gave up."
"We rented from here for a 1pm pickup, they are supposed to be open from 9am to 5pm, we got there and they appeared closed. We did the while online check-in thinking instructions would appear for us to obtain our truck...nope, no one was there, over $300 rental and they don't bother to show up. Thank goodness that the Clinton Hwy UHaul picks up this places slack, will NEVER use one of these little pick up spots again."
"Rented a motorcycle trailer 16 bucks not bad at all, 10 minutes out the door it hooked up to my truck i returned it same day great experience. A yr ago i reserved a medium size box truck it was a great and smooth experience. Thanks guys keep up the good work."
