"I've been unable to make changes to my business account and cancel the promotional lines I was sold. It's my mistake for not reading the contract but the employee did the financing through the wrong phone number and I'm not willing to cancel my business phone number as was recommended by customer service. Very dissatisfied that this can't be fixed and I'm paying for 4 lines and use 2."
