"I've been unable to make changes to my business account and cancel the promotional lines I was sold. It's my mistake for not reading the contract but the employee did the financing through the wrong phone number and I'm not willing to cancel my business phone number as was recommended by customer service. Very dissatisfied that this can't be fixed and I'm paying for 4 lines and use 2."

"I have been to a few US Cellular locations in my time as a customer and this is hands down the most helpful and friendly location. The staff are all great but Lee in particular was wonderful! I had a ton of things I needed to do with my account, as well as some questions to decide on what to do, and he was patient and never rushed me. He spent the time to get it all done correctly and I left with exactly what I needed. Can’t recommend the Schaad store (and especially Lee) enough!"
