"Easy to get to on maps. Dr Julia Abraham's office is in the center of the Plaza. Plenty of parking. There are two doors to the office, the one on the left; marked with a 2, is for Dr Abraham. She is an awesome doctor and I give her as many stars as I can"

"Nice, new renovations and painting of the exterior. Local grocery store, restaurants, Ace Hardware, dry cleaning, and other various places to go to. Extremely hard to turn left out of this town center, with the placing of the red light and with this area of Knoxville growing in population."

"Construction is chaotic. It did not seem well planned out for customer consideration and I had safety concerns. It felt very haphazard trying to navigate the parking lot and the entrance to the physician. The walkways were a mess. The parking lot was dirty, crowded and unkempt. The shopping center isn't one of the best to begin with, but my most recent visits have been unpleasant. *UPDATE* With construction done there is no improvement to the flow of traffic through the shopping center. It stays fairly busy and becomes hard to navigate. The lane in front of Butler and Bailey needs to be expanded and pedestrian crosswalk paint needs to needs updated in front of businesses. After a dusty construction job, you'd think they'd clean the parking lot afterwards btw. If they had, then they could paint the lines again there."
